Small Business Disaster Recovery Solutions
Typically our SME DRS solutions are based on Symantec System Recovery server which is installed to provide overnight snapshot image backups of your servers. The key benefit of image backups using Symantec System recovery Server is that they can be recovered to dissimilar hardware in the event of the complete loss of your server/s. Our SME solutions allow recovery to the previous image snapshot which is typically to the previous day.
1st Solution's SME DRS service can include the following options-
- Overnight Symantec System Recovery Server backups of server to locally attached USB, ESATA or NAS storage which on a daily schedule.
- Optional backup checking provided as a managed service by 1st Solution.
- Provision of loan server within 4 hours of invocation of disaster recovery policy.
- Complete system recovery to 1st Solution standby loan or purchased replacement server hardware from Symantec Image.
- Annual/Quarterly or monthly test recovery to loan hardware to prove DR strategy.
- Options for rental of workstation or laptop equipment.
- Optional E-mail redirection to hosted email service.
- Options for 3G based temporary broadband service in the event of internet failure.
- Optional image transfer to offsite internet based storage.
- Optional solutions for desktop and laptop image based backups.
Mid-sized Business Disaster Recovery Solutions
Our mid-sized business recovery solutions incorporate provision of desks, PC or thin client terminals and telephony in office space in most city locations. This service is delivered through the use of continuous replication of your servers to outside hosted systems. This service is not directly supplied by 1st Solution and would be through our partnerships with specialist high end providers.
