The starting point for our smaller client customers is a basic audit and system health check carried out by our Network Engineers. This consists of a thorough IT audit and output a detailed inventory which covers hardware, software and peripherals, along with recommendations with regard to areas of vulnerability and improvement, together with support for the system moving forward.
In addition to auditing the system as we will also spend time discussing with you how the business works to assess what other services might be of interest to improve on current IT working practices.
In many cases this basic assessment is provided on a refundable basis should you choose 1st Solution to carry out the remedial works and take out a formal support agreement.
